Welcome to a place where you can relax and unwind. Where your eyes can find a place to rest, and so can your soul.
Art is a refuge. Whether she's making a photograph or a painting, Sarah strives to create a peaceful escape from the anxiety of a chaotic world.
From grand scenes as big as our Milky Way galaxy rising across the sky, to tiny details as small as the grains of pollen on a bee's legs, Sarah uses her art to write love letters to Earth. We hope her work helps you remember to slow down and savor the moment!
Collections

Coastal California
This collection features Sarah's favorite coastal images, mostly from the South Bay and Beach Cities regions of Los Angeles County. Some are tranquil images of the ocean at various times of day, while others capture the raw energy of the waves or the vibrance of a sunset. Some feature surfers or beachgoers or manmade structures, such as the piers and lifeguard towers (and the sole lighthouse) the grace the beaches of L.A. County. Some are color, and some are presented in black and white.
In the Garden
Whether you're looking for a striking centerpiece for your living room or a calming collection of florals to bring warmth to your office, this gallery offers something for every space. The featured blooms range from California natives like poppies and lupine to beloved garden favorites such as sweet peas, dahlias, sunflowers, and roses. This art collection spans a rich spectrum of colors from soft pastels to bold, vibrant hues—offering beauty and serenity in every frame. Many of the flowers were grown in Sarah's own garden.

in the Mountains
Sarah spent much of her childhood amongst the Giant Sequoias of California's Sierra Nevada mountains. Now she takes her own children out to gaze at the stars, wade in the creeks, and sleep under the biggest trees in the world. The mountains speak to her in a way nowhere else does. Chasing fall color in the Eastern Sierra around Bishop and Mammoth is one of her favorite things to do every year, and this gallery features images from Mt. Whitney in Lone Pine north to Lake Tahoe, with many beloved stops, including Yosemite, in between.
Birds, Bees, and Butterflies
The magic of small things is so easily seen in the birds, bees, and butterflies. Sarah spends hours in the garden photographing the hummingbirds, songbirds, bees, and butterflies that visit her yard. She's also spent several years documenting the endangered El Segundo Blue butterfly and supporting habitat restoration efforts both citywide and in her own garden.
